Prepare yourself for a journey to Antarctica, that land that is only accessible to international scientific missions. –

Exploring the heart of the white desert…

The Musée des Confluences is hosting an immersive exhibition devoted to Antarctic biodiversity and the challenges posed by climate change in the 21st century, in the wake of the polar expedition led by Luc Jacquet in 2015.
Visitors will embark on a genuine journey into the heart of this white desert, a place normally accessible only to researchers on scientific missions. The exhibition, Antarctica, which combines a scientific and aesthetic approach, is a genuine ode to polar biodiversity and the importance of preserving it.

A world premiere, the exhibition invites you to enter the beauty of this oasis of ice: dive into the depths of the Antarctic ocean and walk on the ice fields in order to discover the incredible biodiversity of the white continent.

In a very delicious designed exposition, the museum has managed to give the visitors the feeling that they are in antarctic, in one large hall we are surrounded by Antarctic. The only difference is that it is a pleasant temperature in the rooms, not minus …. as in Antarctic.

Today, the Musée des Confluences offers Luc Jacquet and his own Wild-Touch NGO a new immersive way to tell a story, in order to raise awareness regarding this habitat and its highly fragile nature. Surrounded by several-meters-high 360° screens, visitors will discover a circuit on and below the ice fields, along Weddell seals and Emperor Penguins. We were thrilled!IMG_6201

10 years after March of the Penguins, award-winning director Luc Jacquet returned to the Antarctic Ocean, in Adélie Land, with an impressive crew. He brought back many technical achievements, world firsts and unique images, on or below the ice fields as well as deep into the seabed

only by issues such as efficacy and safety, but also by the16In the corpus cavernosum, a gaseous neurotransmitter, nitric sildenafil.

. 9,000 different species of fish, mollusc, crustacean and corals live there, and some of which were observed for the very first time.

In other smaller rooms we can look through large Booble wholes into films, in so high a quality, that we feel that we are inside an aquarium, that we really

not are.
