Ballet Stars of 21 Century in Paris 12-14

PARIS/FRANCE: Ballet Stars of 21 Century was established 1993 in Toronto and based in Paris since 1998
. It has become one of the most important galas in the world because of its durability, quality, number of participants and the number of performances (45 in Paris in 2014 and more than 60 in total). The Gala des Etoiles of the 21st century has also been presented in New York, Cannes, Moscow, Bucharest and Panama.
The Stars of the 21st Century occur each season in September for three performances at the Théâtre des Champs-Elysées. The gala presents the greatest star dancers from the most prestigious ballet companies in the world, which often occur in Paris for the first time, as well as young dancers destined to become major stars of tomorrow.
It became even vocations of those shows that to discover the Parisian public young soloists at the beginning of a promising career as Svetlana Zakharova, Polina Semionova or the great Daniil Simkinto name a few.
Olga Smirnova
This 17th edition, 12.13.1. September 2014, will be marked by the presence of the new star of the Bolshoi, Olga Smirnova, becoming an international star for excellence, as well as the expected return of Lucia Laccara.
A varied and balanced program, alternating Pas de Deux of classical and contemporary pieces, some of them premieres, and allows dancers to show an audience of connoisseurs the different facets of their immense talent.
12 and 13 September in the evening and 14 afternoon that the audience will have the possibility to enjoy the program.
