As part of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo’s 30th anniversary, Jean-Christophe Maillot asked to Jiří Kylián, who has become “an intimate friend of the Company” over the years, to imagine an exceptional evening with these artists he so loves

.

From 28th April to 1st May 2016, the audience will see an ‘anniversary line-up’ set to be spectacular, in which the many facets of the choreographer and the talent of the Ballets de Monte-Carlo shall be revealed.

Bella Figura, one of his most iconic pieces, Gods and Dogs and Chapeau.

Jiří Kylián shows us just how much he likes surprises – and this evening of entertainment should be no exception!

Jiri Kylian wanted to offer a surprise with two unusual guests : Jean-Christophe Maillot & Bernice Coppieters !

The three of them worked secretly for 10 days in the studio
. There has never been so much mystery in our Atelier.
The final surprise will be a glimpse to their friendship
.

You can’t miss the result : from April 28 to May 1st in Monte-Carlo.
