Kimin Kim has this year been guesting in the same role, Solor, with American Ballet Theatre at Metropolitan Opera in New York. He was absolutely extraordinary in this role
. All from his very first entrance solo to the very end. *****.

Kristina Shapran as Nikita was beautiful, her sensitive arms, her high legs, great balanches, very safe.

 It was a pleasure to enjoy Francois Alu as the Golden Idol together with eight small students from the ballet school. Furthermore. Antoine Kirscher did a good job as the Fakir

. I do remember Kirscher very well from the Bournonville Galla in Biarritz, 2014, where he remarkable danced the male part, together with Alice Catonnet in August Bournonvilles famouse Pas de deux from the Flower Festival in Genzano, staged by Dinna Bjørn. Good to see that this very talented young dancer is brilliant on stage as the Fakir.

The corps des ballet does a good job, the 32 danseuses in the last act were brilliant, their lines, which are so importent in this, were beautiful, as you can see from the photo above.

The Orchestra Colonne, Conducted by Faycal Karoul sounded very well, He managed the very many diffcult, but very importent  chnaheg in tepi excellent. Its concertmasters many beautiful soloparts were brilliant.
