Connesson and Beethoven at Champs Élysée
11/12/12 •
PARIS: The third evening in the Beethoven by Gatti serie was a hit. Due to Gatti´s great musicality and his ability to form the music to something extraordinary, even, if it is Beethoven symphonies, that we seems to know very well from before.
The world premiere this time was Guillaume Connesson: FLAMMENSCHRIFT. (Flaming script, letters of fire). Review by Henning Høholt.

Varg Veum – romaner, filmer og Rivertonprisen
11/04/12 •
Inkinen – Accardo in Florence with Bartok and Mahler
11/03/12 •
The program of this concert in Florence contains a curious combination of works apparently very distant between them, the 2nd Violin Concert by Bartòk and Mahler’s Symphony nr. 4. They are really very different works, but probably rather complementary in their differences: Bartòk’s language is difficult and tied to the 20th century style, while the apparently serene Mahler’s 4th Symphony, written about forty years before, describes a dreamed, lost or probably “never existed” world. Review by Fabio Bardelli
Les Paladins: Lessons of Darkness new CD.
11/02/12 •
New CD from Les Paladins, – A journey to the heart of the sacred baroque repertory, its hidden gems revealed by the french ensemble Les Paladins. From the deepts of this stunned silence rises the melopoeia of the Lessons of Darkness. Where the first is taken from the Lamentations of Jeremiah. The other two are from Saint Paul and Saint Augustin. Trifling instruments are forbidden. The singers are separated from the public by a veil that recalls both the veil of the temple torn by “strepitus”, and the immaculate veil enveloping Christ. Review by Henning Høholt, excerpts of text from the CD booklet by Sylvain Fort.

1789 – Brilliant motion picture regi an choreography
10/21/12 •
PARIS: GIULIANO PEPARINI who is the director and choreographer of 1789, has managed to make it a lively musical production, where the choreography is jumping naturally out of the history, furthermore the good cutting between the sequences is very well made, so i have the feeling that i am anjoying a live motion picture production, absolutely wonderful made. Review by Henning Høholt..
