PARIS: The fourth édition of PHOTOQUAI or PHQ4, the world photography biennale created in 2007 by the musée du quai Branly, will take place from 17 September to 17 November along the banks of the Seine and in the museum gardens

“For over six years now the musée du quai Branly in Paris has been giving the public the opportunity to discover work by contemporary photographers little known in Europe through PHOTOQUAI, the World Photography Biennale
. Along the banks of the Seine and in the museum gardens the PHOTOQUAI Biennale gives visitors the chance to discover the world of non-Western photography

The artistic director of this fourth edition is artist Frank Kalero, globetrotter and passionate lover of
photography. Under the heading «Look at me», the entire programme is a tribute to the human figure.”


This year’s selection includes 40 photographers from 28 countries.
