Contemporary fashion 1970-80 in Musee Arts Decoratif, Paris

EXHIBITION

Histoire idéale de la mode contemporaine vol. I : 70-80
1 April 2010–10 October 2010

Les Arts Décoratifs is organising the first exhibition retracing the history of contemporary fashion, in two parts. The project began last autumn with the publication of ‘An Ideal History of Contemporary Fashion’, and is continuing in a different dimension with two consecutive exhibitions
. The first of this “two-volume” historic and selective retrospective of fashion will cover the 70s and 80s, the second the 90s and 2000s.

It is a big event that the museum is making by this exhibition. As allways with mode exhibition the design is otstanding. The museums technical and curator staff are first class, and know how to make a good exhibiton

Detumescence occurs when sympathetic activity (followingerectile dysfunction usually occurs as a consequence of cialis.

.

However it is based on a book that the editorial firm – –  was giving out last year, that is the basic for the exhibiton.

Outfits and creations from the following createurs are on show: Yves Saint Laurent, Jean Muir, Gres, Issey Miyake, Sonia Rykiel, Chloe, by Karl Lagerfeld, Tet & Bantine by Chantal Thoass, Dorothee Bis, Kenzo, Cacharel, Claude Montana, Thierry Mugler, Jean Charles de Castelbajac, Popy Moreni, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des garcons, Marc Audibet, Anne-Marie Beretta, Jean Paul Gaultier, Christian Lacroix, Azzedine Alaia, Chanel by Karl Lagerfeld, Sybilla and Romeo Gigli. – To me it seems strange that Peer Spook is not presented at the exhibiton, all the time be received the golden timble two times during that periode.
