He is using an idea with a system where one dancer is like with synchronized dancing with another dancer like in mirror. It worked out an d became interesting energetic and well performed. In a decoration by Paul Andrew, and with Adeline André´s costumes and Madjid Hakimi´s Lightning.

In a musical frame using music pieces by György Ligeti from older and newer works
.
We enjoyed the beautiful dancers Isabelle Ciaravola, Stéphane Bullion, Muriel Zuspreerguy, Josua Hoffalt, Christelle Granier, Jean-Christophe Guerri, Charlotte Ranson and Bruno Bouché.   We are looking forward to the next big work by this talented young choreographer Nicolas Paul.

AMOVEO

As first piece in this three part ballet program we enjoyed the renewing of Benjamin Millepieds Amoveo, now with new colorful costumes nearly in rainbow colors’, but at least in blue, yellow, red and green.

As we earlier have enjoyed a few years ago. For me it has become more interesting, patly because of the new costumes, which like was giving the dancers new energy. We enjyed very much Aurélie Dupont and Nicolas Le Riche in the two demanding leading parties. It is till to Philip Glass music with parts from his opera Einstein in the Beach from 1976. Décor and costumes by Paul Cox.

GENUS

Wayne McGregors ballet Genus finished this evenings program to Joby Talbot and Derus music, in the modern way by using video as back cover and up on the dancers, which was functioning very well. It became a good ending of an interesting contemporary dance evening. Which I am shure is inspiring for the whole company

. Many of the company’s first class dancers were on stage. Among them some of the favourites, Audric Bezard, Mathias Heymann, Bejamin Pech, Agnès Letestu, Audric Bezard and Marie-Agnès Gillot. Vicki Mortimer is responsible for the special costumes and décor. In this he is using inspiration from Charles Darwin and his ideas from threes and their branches, which when they are dying are finding their families. This is printed, like parts of the body, on the costumes, and are giving interesting effects.
